John Pavletich, CEO of Corporation, started the business with his brother Scott Pavletich
in 1993. John runs the day-to-day operations of the business by overseeing Payables and Receivables;
he oversees the customer base, and helps in the bidding process. Additionally, John oversees payroll,
safety, and provides all employees with the technical training for installations and performance of
their jobs. He is responsible for the strategic planning of the operation, and implements the internal
systems utilized for all operations. John resides in Bakersfield and his family includes wife Deanna
and their children Jessica, Jacob, Jordyn, and Josh.

Scott Pavletich, President of Corporation, started the business in 1993 with his brother John Pavletich.
Scott works with most customers on the layout and customizing of their electrical system prior to wiring
their new home. He supervises the daily dispatch of electricians and technical layout of wiring systems
and staff members to ensure a smooth operation. Scott is a Graduate of Bakersfield College and the
California Electrical Apprenticeship School. He resides in Bakersfield and his family includes his
wife Annette and children Jason and Courtney.

Roy Allard joined Pavletich Electric & Communications, Inc. in July, 2002. Roy brings over 19 years of
technical and management experience in the communications industry to the company. He handles the Communications
Services Division training and management of fiber optic splicing and testing. Roy operated and maintained a
world-class fiber optic network dealing with day-to-day installation, maintenance and emergency restoration
activities providing outstanding network reliability. Roy graduated with honors from the University of La Verne
with a BS Business Administration degree in 1996. Roy's family includes wife Terri and children Justin and Jeremy.
